Pokémon TV Show

Back to Mainpage

Ash is the main character in the show and he wants to become the number one Pokémon master. He has to get in the Pokémon League by collecting all the badges by defeating gymleaders in a Pokémon battle. He makes two friends which are named Misty and Brock. But on his journey he has to battle the evil Team Rocket who tries to capture and steal his Pokémon.

Pokémon are monsters that each have their own special powers. There are 150 Pokémon so far discovered. A Pokémon trainer's goal is to capture all 150 Pokémon and become a Pokémon master. They capture and train the Pokémon they capture so they could become even stronger. The trainers battle with other trainers to see who has more skills in battle. To capture a Pokémon you have to battle it and weaken it and when it is weak enough you can capture it.

Facts

  • You can only hold six Pokémon at a time.
  • You could become a Pokémon trainer when your ten years old.
  • There are 150 Pokémon discovered.
